About the project
The project TRND-3966 will be located in Kargıcak district, next to the famous The Lumos Deluxe Resort Hotel in Alanya. There are schools, hospitals, kindergartens and government offices in the immediate vicinity. It is 140 km to Antalya airport, 25 km to Gazipasa airport, 15 km to Alanya seaport and only 200 meters to the sandy beach. Completion date of the project: December 2024.
General characteristics
The project area is 6686 m². On the ground floors of each of the three five-storey blocks (A, B and C) there are office premises and infrastructure with a height of 4.5 meters. There are 100 flats in the project, including:
- 51 flats with 1+1 layout (66 – 72 m²),
- 24 flats with 2+1 layout (88 m²),
- 17 duplex flats with 2+1 layout (127 – 151 m²),
- 8 duplexes with 3+1 layout (176 m²).
According to the neighborhood development plan, a city park will be laid out in front of Block A.
