The Alanya coast is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Mediterranean. Demirtaş district, located 20 km from the city, has a number of advantages that make it attractive for property investment. The construction of the TRND-3940 project in Demirtaş started in April 2023. The complex consists of two separate blocks: a 9-storey block ‘A’ and a 7-storey block ‘B’. The residential complex is located only 2000 meters from the sea, 1 km from the center of Demirtaş and 300 meters from shops.

The complex will become operational in August 2024.
