About the project
Project TRND-3987 – a new complex located in one of the best locations of the prestigious and actively developing area Kargicak, just 280 metres from one of the best beaches in Alanya – Perle beach, within walking distance to shops, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants, as well as just 700 m to the popular area Mahmutlar.
The project will consist of two blocks with full infrastructure: private outdoor and indoor swimming pools, children’s pool, relaxation area with sun beds, gym, sauna, Roman steam room, massage room, hammam, games room with table tennis and car parking for 20 cars.
In design we adhere to the concept of our previous projects: laconic solutions of building facades, calm tones in finishing, panoramic windows and glass balconies that give additional lightness to the structure.
